赭石對模擬重金屬廢水的吸附效果研究

采用模擬重金屬廢水的正交試驗設計,進行赭石對模擬重金屬廢水的吸附效果研究,探討pH、赭石加入量和振蕩時間等影響因素對吸附效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,在一定pH、赭石加入量和振蕩時間條件下,赭石對6種重金屬(Pb、Cd、Mn、Zn、Cr和Ni)均有較好吸附效果,對Pb、Cd、Mn、Zn和Cr的最大吸附率可達100%,對Ni的吸附率達8963%。處理后廢水中重金屬達到污水排放標準。各影響因素對Mn、Zn和Cr吸附效率的影響大小表現(xiàn)為:pH>赭石加入量>振蕩時間,Ni和Cd表現(xiàn)為:赭石加入量>pH>振蕩時間,Pb表現(xiàn)為:pH>振蕩時間>赭石加入量。赭石對廢水中重金屬吸附的最佳條件為赭石加入量40 g/L,pH 10~10.5,振蕩時間2 h。 |

The heavy metal absorption effect of ochre from the simulated wastewater was conducted by the orthoganal design and the effects of pH, ochre amount and shake time on the heavy metal absorption were analyzed.The results showed that ochre had high absorbing efficiency to Pb, Cd, Mn, Zn, Cr, Ni under certain pH, ochre amount and shake time.The maximum removal rates of Pb,Cd,Mn,Zn,Cr all can reach 100%, Ni can reach 89.63%, which are under the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of China.The influencing effect of different factors on Mn, Zn, Cr absorption were in the order of pH>ochre amount>shake time.Ni and Cd were in the order of ochre amount>pH>shake time, Pb was pH>shake time>ochre amount.The optimum absorption conditions of heavy metal from wastewater by ochre were ochre amount 40 g/L, pH 10~10.5, 2 hours shake time. |
