佘年簡歷

佘年，男，1957年出生，1995年畢業(yè)于美國華盛頓大學，生態(tài)學博士學位，現(xiàn)任美國華盛頓州西雅圖市共用事業(yè)管理局高級環(huán)境工程專家，美國環(huán)境工程師協(xié)會Low Impact Development(LID) Modeling 委員會主席，美國環(huán)境工程師協(xié)會都市水資源研究委員會常務理事，2008年第一屆國際LID研討會（The First International Low Impact Development Conference, Seattle, WA, USA）主席，主要負責城市的可續(xù)性發(fā)展規(guī)劃，水資源管理，城市生態(tài)工程，全球溫室效應對都市水文水質的影響等項目。2004年佘年參與和領導的研究小組開發(fā)出都市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關鍵技術之一：Natural Drainage System獲得美國哈佛大學商學院年度發(fā)明獎。

佘年的研究方向為：

• ? 開發(fā)都市可續(xù)性發(fā)展中的關鍵技術，如生態(tài)屋頂，雨水花園，生態(tài)草溝，都市自然排水系統(tǒng)和社區(qū)雨水利用
• ? 構建LID模型
• ? 構建城市排水系統(tǒng)模型，并綜合其它因素作為城市排水系統(tǒng)在防洪，排澇，基礎設施規(guī)劃建設，管網和污水處理廠負荷控制，受納水體水質和環(huán)境容量控制，雨水的回收和利用等方面科學決策的平臺
• ? 全球溫室效應對都市流域水文，水質及生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的影響
• ? 河流，湖泊和河口水質模型的構建，包括水污染容量及污染總量控制的技術和方法
• ? 湖泊水庫等富營養(yǎng)水體生物修復和生態(tài)修復治理研究；
• ? 湖泊底泥好氧生物消減研究；復合生物酶對城市污泥生物消減的應用研究；
• ? 復合酶在水產養(yǎng)殖、畜牧和農作物上的應用

     1989-1993    就任美國華盛頓州King County 自然資源管理局，Research Scientist，主要負責轄區(qū)內污水處理，湖泊，河道修復治理，水質水量模型，監(jiān)測。
     1993-2007    美國華盛頓州西雅圖市共用事業(yè)管理局，高級環(huán)境工程專家，主要負責城市可續(xù)性發(fā)展規(guī)劃，水資源管理，城市生態(tài)工程，全球溫室效應對都市流域水文，水質及生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的影響評價等。
     2005- 成立西雅圖環(huán)境科技公司(Seattle Environmental Science and Technology Inc.)，負責開發(fā)復合生物酶在水產，景觀魚養(yǎng)殖，湖泊河道底泥好氧消減，城市污泥生物消減，花卉種殖，高爾夫球場草坪的維護及景觀水處理方面的應用。復合生物酶在湛江南美白對蝦養(yǎng)殖和廣州花都羅非魚養(yǎng)殖的中試中效果非常明顯，飼料系數(shù)降低1/3，水質在24小時內明顯改善。
