氣體活化也是果殼活性炭生成成品所必須要經(jīng)過的一個(gè)活化過程。氣體活化的過程其實(shí)是用活化氣體與C發(fā)生氧化還原反應(yīng),侵蝕炭化物的表面,同時(shí)除去焦油類物質(zhì)及末炭化物,使炭化料的微細(xì)孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)達(dá)的過程。通過氣化反應(yīng),可使炭化料原來閉塞的孔開放原有的孔隙擴(kuò)大孔壁燒失,某些結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)選擇性活化而產(chǎn)生新孔的過程??紫兜男纬膳cC的氧化程度密切相關(guān),在一定的活化燒失率范圍內(nèi),活化氣體與炭化料的所化反應(yīng)程度越深,生產(chǎn)出的活性炭比表面積就越大,孔隙也就越發(fā)達(dá),吸附性能就越好。
